I Have a Dream!

Welcome to The Teacher Life… the result of my dream! You see, I love teaching, but working on my MAT in Educational Technology has inspired me to think larger, reach higher, dream bigger!  I have learned SO much while completing my masters program that I am more inspired to teach then ever – and I started to wonder, what would our schools be like if all teachers were able to take continuous professional development to jump start their teaching engines – and here’s the dreamy part – for FREE?  Well, so far, there just aren’t that many opportunities for PD where you can take the class for free, and earn credit for it (even though most districts and states require you to earn credits to move on the salary scale or to renew your teaching certificate).  But along my search I discovered YOU.
Yes YOU!
The “Real Schoolteachers of the World Wide Web”!
So many of you are inspired as I am to help other teachers be the best they can be!  We may  not be earning credit for it, but our students are sure benefiting from all of the wonderful ideas being shared.  I couldn’t wait to become a part of this ‘informal PD’, and so here it is:
The Teacher Life.
Simple yet effective DIY projects, classroom themes, management ideas, and tech savvy tips (from a “Real Schoolteacher of Idaho)!

As you visit, please mind the ‘construction’.  Rome wasn’t built overnight, and neither will this bad boy of a blog be.  In the meantime, feel free to Grab My Button, or Contact Me! ———————————————————————————————————–    Can’t you just see me typing that with stars in my eyes?
